SRA consultation: Looking to the Future – flexibility and public protection
The Solicitors Regulation Authority are currently reviewing the SRA Handbook and their regulatory approach, looking at the Principles, Code of Conduct and Practice Framework Rules. The deadline for submission of responses is 21 September 2016.
