Legal Services Board Decision notice on SRA Regulatory Arrangements (Reporting Concerns) (Amendment) Rules
These will take effect when the new SRA Standards and Regulations come into force in November 2019, increasing the reporting obligations of firms and individuals in relation to possible compliance breaches.
