Claim by litigation funder against solicitors dismissed as disclosing no reasonable cause of action in contract, tort or breach of fiduciary duty. It was alleged that the Solicitors did not communicate to the Funder various pessimistic views expressed by counsel as to the prospects of success of the action being funded.
