SRA’s first ‘Upholding Professional Standards’ report
This sets out the SRA’s investigation, supervision and legal enforcement work for the year to 31 October 2018. The report contains statistics on harassment (#metoo) claims, money laundering reports and cases in the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and appeals.
